Contact forms collect your first name, email, subject, and message. Story submissions also collect your story and sharing permission. Please share only what you are comfortable sending, and avoid including identifying information about other people.

Information is used to review your message, respond when appropriate, and handle the permission you select for your story. Contacting Kiki or submitting a story does not add you to a marketing list.

Stories are stored in the website’s form-submission database for private review. The default choice is private for Kiki only. Anonymous or first-name publication requires the relevant permission. Nothing is published automatically. Notification emails do not include your story or message content.

Newsletter signup is currently inactive. If email updates become available, signup will be a separate, optional choice and this policy will be updated to describe the service used.

The website uses WordPress and Hostinger hosting. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the website. Login cookies support authorized administrator sessions. A small local browser preference lets the “Note from Kiki” change on a return visit; it is not sent to us and can be cleared in your browser settings.

The current video links open YouTube after you choose to click. YouTube and other linked services have their own privacy policies.

Form submissions are accessible through the WordPress administration area. The forms are configured to remove submissions after 365 days. You may request earlier deletion. Hosting is configured for weekly backups. Copies in hosting backups, when available, may remain after deletion until those backups expire. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You can ask Kiki about your submission, request correction or deletion, or change story-sharing permission through the Contact page. Information already shared publicly may have been copied by others, so complete removal from third-party locations cannot be guaranteed.
